Outtrigger: International Counter Terrorism Special Forces is a shooting
game that looks like a cross between Virtua Cop and Virtual On. I know that
I'm missing a lot of info on this game but don't worry, I'll update this as
soon as I finish more missions.

2. MISSION MODE
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
When you first start out, you only have novice mode available. Each time
you finish a mission, you unlock the next mission and so on and so forth.
Sometimes, you unlock a whole row depending on the mission.
The next level of difficulty is only accessible when you finish all of
the missions of the one before it.
